Introduction
This series autoclave equipped with various electric lifting devices for heavy cover lid lifting and lowering, because the top heavy cover lid is difficult to clean and maintenance, this device will help operator easy finish their research and test, which is also widely used in scale up and small-scale production.

Product Features
For small lab reactor, the lifting devices can be design as motor driven screw rod. This design can greatly reduce the height of the equipment, which will help its application in laboratory.
For the design of pilot-scale autoclave and detachable head, the head and container are too heavy to be lifted manually. Therefore, the design with chain pulley support installed can lift the head with minimal effort. When manual operation is still laborious, it can also adopt electric lifting or even hydraulic lifting. HXHCEM will choose the appropriate lifting scheme for you between economy and practicability.
When the pressure & temperature is high, this will leads to a large thickness of cover lid. The lifting device can be design crain lifting or hydraulic lifting, will help stable lifting & lowering.
